Al Qaim Quran Academy provides:

  • Online Quran Reading classes
  • Quran with Tajweed
  • Quran Memorization (Hifz)
  • Tafseer courses
  • Islamic Studies for kids
  • Arabic language courses
  • Namaz learning classes
  • Male & Female Quran teachers

All classes are conducted online via agreed platforms (e.g., Zoom, Skype, or similar).

3. Registration & Account

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your details.
  • Parents/guardians must register on behalf of children under 18.

4. Free Trial Class

  • We offer a free trial class for new students.
  • Trial availability may be limited or scheduled based on teacher availability.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule trial classes if necessary.

5. Fees & Payments

  • Course fees must be paid in advance according to the selected plan.
  • Payments may be made via approved payment methods.
  • Fees are subject to change with prior notice.

6. Class Schedule & Attendance

  • Students must attend classes on time.
  • If a student misses a class without prior notice, it may not be rescheduled.
  • Rescheduling is allowed with advance notice (e.g., 6–12 hours before class).

7. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Be respectful to teachers
  • Maintain discipline during class
  • Avoid inappropriate behavior

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misconduct.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
  • In special cases, refunds may be considered at our discretion.
  • You may cancel your subscription with prior notice.

9. Teacher Assignment

  • Teachers are assigned based on availability and student needs.
  • We may change teachers when necessary to improve service quality.

10. Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for:

  • Stable internet connection
  • Device (mobile, tablet, or computer)
  • Required software (Zoom, Skype, etc.)

We are not responsible for disruptions due to technical issues on the user’s side.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We do not share your data with unauthorized third parties.

12. Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, and teaching methods are the property of Al Qaim Quran Academy.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or reuse content without permission.
