At Al Qaim Quran Academy, we strive to provide high-quality online Quran education. This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled.
1. Free Trial Class
- We offer a free trial class for all new students.
- This allows you to evaluate our teaching quality before making any payment.
- No payment is required before the trial class.
2. No Refund Policy (General Rule)
- Once a student enrolls and pays for classes, fees are generally non-refundable.
- This applies to all courses and plans.
3. Eligible Refund Cases (Exceptions)
Refunds may be considered in special situations such as:
- Technical issues from our side preventing classes
- Failure to provide agreed services
- Duplicate or incorrect payment
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Class Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Students must inform us in advance (minimum 6–12 hours) to reschedule a class.
- Missed classes without notice are non-refundable and non-compensable.
- Approved reschedules will be adjusted accordingly.
5. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation will stop future billing.
- No refunds will be issued for unused classes within the current billing period.
6. Teacher Issues
- If you are not satisfied with a teacher, we will change the teacher upon request.
- Refunds will not be issued solely due to teacher preference.
7. Payment Errors
- If you are charged incorrectly or multiple times, please contact us immediately.
- Verified errors will be refunded within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible.
